Research Interests
Professor Roeder's research is broadly focused on the design, synthesis, and characterization of nanoparticles as biomedical imaging probes, therapeutics, and sensors. A specific focus is on targeted nanoparticle imaging probes for contrast-enhanced and spectral X-ray computed tomography.
Professor Roeder is also a faculty member in Notre Dame's interdisciplinary Bioengineering PhD program.
