Research Interests
Professor Seabaugh’s group explores new devices and circuits enabled by engineering at the nanoscale. Current areas of research include high-speed and low-power transistors, tunneling devices and circuits, ionic memory, and energy conversion.
He is director emeritus of Notre Dame Nanoscience and Technology.
